Referrals

 

This page is aimed at organisations, agencies, and frontline workers who operate in the Bath & North East Somerset area. Through your work you may come across clients who are struggling to pay their energy bills, or who are struggling to keep warm and healthy in their home, and therefore may benefit from a referral to the Energy at Home Information and Signposting Service.

There are a number of ways you can refer a client into the Energy at Home scheme. You can;

  • give your client our contact details and suggest they get in contact

  • call the Service freephone number 0800 038 5680 on your client's behalf when you are with them

  • make a quick referral by filling in the  online form below
